Q2: How do I return the unwanted item?
A: If you are not happy with the product for any reason, please notify us by email first: info@nevermindyrhead.com. Please contact us within 14 days after you received our products and return the items within 30 days. We will provide a return address to you. The shipping fee cannot be refunded and return shipping fee will be paid by the buyers.
Make sure the returned wigs are in original condition and packaging. The wigs must not be worn, brushed, restyled or the lace was cut. Otherwise, it cannot be refunded.

Q5: Can you provide some caring tips?
A: Here are some tips for you to about our wigs:
1.Shedding Issues: If you found some hair shedding, no worry, our wigs must have enough hair, please allow some hair loss from a new wig. If it continue to shed, please inform us.
2.Remove Tangles: Your fingers are good comb for wigs, use your fingers to comb it at the beginning, you can gently remove any tangles by hands too (or even cut it off). A wide tooth comb/brush is good for a wig. (Iron and steel wide teeth comb are recommended while plastic comb may create static electricity). Do not pull or drag the fiber.
3.Handwash: Hand wash the wig if necessary, don't put it into machine, comb it to make it smooth before you wash it.
4.Wash Gently: Use cold water (never hot, as heat damages fibers), or add a little bit shampoo, soak it for around 15 mins, and then use clean water to wash the shampoo out, you can use conditioner too. (Put it on a towel to make it dry softly, don't squeeze/ rub it, and finally, dry it naturally, don't put it under sunshine/ blow it, and don’t comb it when it’s still wet.
5.No Dryer: Never use a hair dryer, heat damages synthetic fiber.
6.Dyeing: Real human hair can be dyed, and synthetic wigs cannot, if you use hair straightener or roller, please set a temperature around 120-140C, and no more than 7 seconds each time.
Q6: What’s the cap size for this wig?
Here is the cap measurement for you, we use an Average size cap, and for the synthetic wigs, we just have an Average size. A human hair wig cap can custom made the cap size.
Q7: Would it be possible to get the wig in another color?
Some items may have other colors which are not showing in store. If not we can custom made the wig color for you at extra cost, please let us know which one you want to change the color and we will give you a quote.
Q8: Can I get the wig with faster delivery?
Yes, you can upgrade the delivery to speed post, we offer Fedex and it takes 3-6 days and you can check the price at checkout.
Q9: I have medical hair loss and I need wigs that are not sensitive, do you have any suggestions?
If you have sensitive skin and are under chemo treatment, we will suggest you try our real human hair wig series which is made of Brazilian or Asian hair. They are all-natural compared to those made of synthetic fiber.
Q10: Would you be willing to make the wig as toppers?
Yes, we now have new hair toppers products, but if you need a specific color or style we may need to custom made for you. Please let us know how you want to make it and your desired color.
Q11: I love the wig pictured in the shop but I'm not sure if can I change the length of the wig.
Yes, you can customize the length of the wig, some items are free to custom made, but some items may need to pay extra cost. Please let us know which one you want to change the length and we will give you a quote.
Q12: Can you dye the hair for me?
Synthetic hair cannot dye, and human hair can dye, you can let us know which item and colour you want to dye, and we will let you know the extra cost. But please understand dyeing is a handmade process and some colours may not be 100% the same as what you want.

Yes, you can. We suggest you hand wash the wig, don't put it on a machine and comb it to make it smooth before you wash it.
